Recommendations

  • Eat breakfast, consider that protein is best taken early in the day while carbohydrates are
    preferred later in the day.

  • Eat large amounts of whole, raw, lightly cooked or juiced vegetables including greens and
    brightly colored vegetables, garlic, onions, ginger, spices and natural flavorings, etc. Include
    low glycemic fruits including apples, pears plums, peaches, olives, avocados and coconuts.

    healthy diet where sugar issues have been address.

  • Use healthy organic oils liberally; include raw butter and cream, also flax, sesame, hemp, coconuts, olive, walnut and other nutritious oils.

  • Include plenty of traditional foods including: fermented foods, correctly prepared soup broths made with fish, chicken, lamb or beef bones, traditional condiments, a variety of culinary spices, natural flavorings, garlic, onions etc.

  • Drinks sufficient quantities of pure clean, pH neutral water daily.


Controls

  • Reduce, avoid or eliminate all artificial, processed and packaged foods and beverages. This will include all food additives, colorings, stabilizers and so forth. Choose organic produce and organic, grass-fed, free-range meats and eggs, consider raw dairy where possible.

  • Reduce avoid or eliminate all insulinogenic foods and stimulants including sugar, cakes, cookies, candy, bread, crackers, chips, pastas, soda, chocolate, coffee caffeine containing teas, and alcoholic beverages. Reduce excessive use of potatoes, starchy grains and starchy vegetables; where weight is an issue it is re commended to completely eliminate sugar, grains and starchy vegetables.

  • Identify and eliminate any primary food allergens, suspect dairy, wheat and grains other than rice, night shade vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and eggplant). Also consider potential allergens such as corn, soy, peanuts, chocolate, coffee and those foods which are habitually consumed or where there are cravings as candidates to be eliminated.

  • Avoid microwave foods, plastic containers for water and food, other food or environmental contaminants; insure filtered pH neutral water for drinking and filtered water bathing.

  • Reduce caloric intake, eat only when hungry. Healthy adults who seek to increase longevity
    and vitality are recommended to consume fewer calories over all while selecting foods with the highest nutritional value. Caution: those who are ill, have a medical condition or are unable to control blood sugar levels are not advised to reduce caloric intake without supervision, seek qualified medical advice.
